I do not always do open houses as most my listings sell quickly. If an open house is needed I will schedule a time to have this done.

I find that most home buyers today are starting their search online before calling a realtor therefore I spend most my marketing budget on online advertising to get the maximum exposure for your home.
As soon as your home is listed a mass email to my potential buyers is sent out letting them know I have just listed your home.
I send out a just listed postcard on all new listings along with featuring the home in my flyer that is distributed in multiple locations.
Your home will be featured in the Central Oregon MLS along with the RMLS which is the Multiple listing service serving from Eugene to Vancouver area.
