Caldera Springs in Sunriver

Caldera Springs is a gated golf community located just to the South of Sunriver. Caldera Springs has acres of lakes for kayaking and canoeing, walking trails plus a Quarry pool, Zeppa Bistro, tennis court, playground and golf course.

  Dining and Shopping

Zeppa Bistro is located inside Caldera Springs. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seasonally. The Bistro is located in the Lake House with views of the Obsidian Lake and Mt. Bachelor from its indoor seating and patio.

  Recreation

Bob Cupp designed Caldera links and Golf Park are located inside Caldera Springs. This is a nine hole golf course that ranges from 70 to 150 yards in length. Golfers of all skill levels will enjoy this course.

The Lake House offers a family room with pool table, game tables and large screen TV as well as having the Zeppa Bistro located in the same building. If getting together outdoors is are what you enjoy grab your friends and family and a few cocktails and gather around the stone fireplace or meet your friends at the dock and launch your kayak and enjoy the peace and tranquility of Caldera Springs.

The Quarry Pool is a great place to swim with moving and falling water and a view of the lake. Plus if working out is what you are looking for there is also a fitness center. The Quarry makes a day at the pool feel like a day at the lake!
