Three Rivers South is not classified as a town but a place that we consider part of Sunriver. Three Rivers South the place south of Sunriver and north of LaPine.

Three Rivers South is the place where the Big Deschutes, Little Deschutes and Fall Rivers all meet to ultimately form the famous Deschutes River. In Three Rivers South there are a number of communities to choose from, River Meadows, Fall River Estates, Spring River, Lazy River, River Forest Acres, Deschutes River Recreation Home Sites, Vandevert Ranch and Oregon Water Wonderland (OWW).

The Three River South area has been known to amaze people with it’s beauty. It is surrounded by National Forest, Ponderosa and Lodge Pole Pines and a number of lakes it is surrounded by make this heaven for a fisherman.
