This was important because Sunriver and the surrounding area is a different market altogether than Bend. His office was in the heart of Sunriver and his advertising was virtually everywhere. Each time we’d visit Central Oregon from Portland over the 8 years we’d worked with him, he would continue to show us more properties without judgment. We knew we wanted a place to get out of the rain and congestion but couldn’t decide which type of property would work best for us. Figuring out the right type of property meant choosing between a Sunriver condo, Sunriver home, rural property on the river with 100 year flood risk and a number of other scenarios. We contacted Keith via phone in August 2012 while we were on our last day of vacation over in Central Oregon. We had stayed at Crosswater for a week and really enjoyed our time there. Keith was gracious enough to squeeze us in last minute as we were getting ready to head back across the mountain to Salem. We were interested in mainly looking at Sunriver homes at first and over the next few weekends of coming over to Sunriver for Saturday or Sunday showings, Keith probably showed us 20 different homes in Sunriver. After not finding what we were looking for, we expanded our showings to Crosswater and Caldera. We came close to purchasing a home in Crosswater but it just didn’t feel like a perfect fit for us. We really started to concentrate on Caldera and enjoyed all that they had to offer and the fact that it was a newer development. Keith knew one of the builders, and asked if we could just peak at his own private home so that we could get a feel for the quality. That really sold my husband and I on Caldera Springs and buying a home from that builder.
