Property Description

Marial Lodge is located in the heart of the Wild & Scenic section of the Rogue River, and as such is one of the most secluded and historic lodges in Oregon. Surrounded by old-growth forests, dramatic canyon walls, and at the epicenter of world-class fishing, rafting, and wildlife viewing, Marial is one of a small handful of lodges allowed to operate in this protected area. It is one of the only lodges on the river that guests can access by boat, hiking trail, or vehicle, and is the only lodge with ADA accommodations. Marials cozy rooms and rustic charm offer an authentic off-grid experience while still providing the essential comforts, making it a popular destination for rafting outfitters, hikers, fishing enthusiasts, and retreat groups. The property includes 17 rooms for a total occupancy of 36 guests, as well as employee housing and managers quarters. Established in 1903 as a remote post office, Marial is historic, unique, and a turnkey operation ready for its new owner!
