Bend Home Sales Going Into 2020
As we start off 2020 and look back at the sales from 2019 we look at how those sales will affect the real estate market in 2020. The trends we are seeing show there is still a lack of inventory and that is impactions home prices, days on market and closed sales.
Below are figures from 2019 single family Bend home sales on less than an acre show that home sales were up, sold were up but inventory was way down.
Months of inventory real estate graph shows that as we head into 2020 the inventory is very low compared to the same time last year where we had 3.5- 3.8 months of inventory. If you are thinking of selling your home now would be the time to put it on the market before the spring and the market starts to see an incline in home listings.
